Are You Paying Attention To The Little Things?

10/9/2016

On my Ascension Level I am taking my Vision to the next Level, which is my “God’s System Health And Nutrition Program” and that is why most of my Blogs have been about Health issues, but the Premise of my Blogs will always be the Word of God:

“For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” (Hebrews 4:12)

God is really into the Details.  The Details are the “Little Things.”  With the Internet there is so much information out there.  Some of the information is Good and some of it is Bad.  Most of the time people know the big things, but they miss the “Little Things.”  It is the “Little Things” that make the difference.  In Marriage people know the big things to do, but it is the “Little Things” that make a Marriage Work.  “God’s System Health And Nutrition Program” Purpose is to get Information about the “Little Things” to people.  The Health Benefits of Vitamin D is all over the news, but the “Little Things” is Vitamin D does not have those benefits without Magnesium.  Turmeric is a Wonder Spice, but the “Little Things” is it does not absorb without Black Pepper.

Like “God’s Process” (Posted at this Website) “God’s System Health And Nutrition Program” is about becoming “Whole” and being “The Trinity” in the Flesh.  People are made in the Image of God, which means people are a “Trinity” too.   Another word for “Whole” is “One.”  The Spirit, Mind and Body operating “Whole” or as “One” is how people become “The Trinity:”

“And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.” (John 1:14)

Doing the “Work” is how I got to “BJ Total Body Health Program.”  Reading the Bible daily, having a Relationship with God through the Holy Spirit and “God’s Process” was the “Work.”  The Four together is how I live in “Maximum Capacity.”  “God’s Process” and “God’s System Health And Nutrition Program” are Basic Principles to give people Direction to help them do the “Work:”

“Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.” (Philippians 2:12)

My daily Bible reading shows another aspect of “Work:”

“Also unto thee, O Lord, belongeth mercy: for thou renderest to every man according to his work.” (Psalm 62:12)

Like Purpose Health is personal too.  People must find their own Purpose and people must also find what Works for them in their Health.  “BJ Total Body Health Program” is what Works for me.  “God’s Process” is the same for everyone, but in Health what Works for one person may not work for another:

“Before the Lord; for he cometh to judge the earth: with righteousness shall he judge the world, and the people with equity.” (Psalm 98:8)

One of the sub-titles of “Heart Of The Matter,” which is a Segment of “The Trilogy” is “Do you really need that prescription medication you are on?”  In this e-mail articles titled, “What Most Doctors Get Wrong About Health: A Cardiologist Explains” from “MBG” are some “Little Things” on the Subject.  The article states:

Dr. Aseem Malhotra is an award-winning British cardiologist who’s launched an international campaign to promote healthier living. In his new documentary, The Big Fat Fix, he’s teamed up with filmmaker Donal O’Neill to show how a Mediterranean lifestyle can help prevent and treat many chronic diseases. Here, he explains why the future of health care should be lifestyle medicine:
We’ve been guzzling sugar, refined carbohydrates, and industrial vegetable oils as never before, with devastating consequences for public health. In fact, poor diet now contributes to more disease and death than physical inactivity, smoking, and alcohol combined, according to The Lancet. It’s also a tremendous waste of resources: In the U.K., the combined costs of type 2 diabetes and obesity to the National Health Service and economy now exceed £20 billion. Similarly, in the United States, the cost of type 2 diabetes has risen dramatically in recent years and is now well in excess of $200 billion a year.
It’s time to wind back the harms of too much medicine and prescribe a little more food instead.
The brutal fact is that the increasing burden of chronic disease will not be solved by even more conventional medicine. Sir Bruce Keogh, the medical director of NHS England, has pointed out that one in seven NHS treatments (including operations) should never have been carried out in the first place. The situation is worse in America, with an estimated one-third of all health care activity bringing no benefit to the patient. A “more medicine is better” culture lies at the heart of this, exacerbated by financial incentives within the system to prescribe more drugs and carry out more procedures.
The harms of overmedication are now colossal. According to Peter Gotzsche, the co-founder of the Cochrane collaboration, prescription drugs are actually the third most common cause of death, after heart disease and cancer, across the world. And yet a billion NHS prescriptions are handed out every year.
There is good news, however: Relatively simple changes in diet can rapidly reduce your risk of disease, without the need for medication or interventions. As I tell my heart patients, adopting a Mediterranean diet after a heart attack is actually a more powerful lifesaving tool than aspirin, statins, or even inserting heart stents.
It’s time to wind back the harms of too much medicine and prescribe a little more food instead. Four tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil, a handful of nuts, lots of vegetables, and quitting sugar are just some of the daily prescriptions I recommend. My new documentary film, The Big Fat Fix, goes further in explaining how simple lifestyle changes can have a dramatic impact on health.
The general practitioner Dr. David Unwin, for instance, has managed to save £45,000 in diabetes medications in the U.K. through a simple message to patients: Cut out the sugar and other refined carbohydrates from your diet and your blood glucose levels will improve. If this were adopted across all medical practices in England, it could save £423 million in diabetes medications alone.
Those potential savings are massive. But what should inspire us most is the considerable benefit to the public’s health and longevity.

I said in my “Have You Done The Math?” Blog “I am also a Big Advocate of Eating Healthy.”  Food is our Medicine, but the “Little Things” is our Food is NOT as healthy as was it was fifty years ago.  This is where Supplements NOT prescription drugs come in, but we must be careful with supplements too.  I take three supplements, but I only take one supplement per day.  One of them I take three times a week and the other two I take twice a week.

I also said in my “Have You Done The Math?” Blog “Body Fat is Very SERIOUS because it produces ‘Inflammation.’”  The “Little Things” is fat not only produces inflammation, but it also produces excess estrogen, both of which promote cancer.  I said in my “Are You Righteous?” Blog “The Body Fat I was talking about is Visceral Fat.”  This e-mail article “What is Visceral Fat and How Do I Get Rid Of It?” from “Very Well” gives more of the “Little Things:”

Visceral fat is adipose tissue (fat tissue) that surrounds your vital organs. Visceral adipose tissue is located deep inside your body and is sometimes referred to as belly fat. If you have too much visceral fat, you may be at higher risk for certain health conditions and diseases.
The Definition of Visceral
Since visceral fat is often called belly fat, you might wonder why we use the term “visceral” to describe it.
The reason is that there are two different kinds of fat in your belly and visceral fat is only one of them.
In a health setting, the word visceral means in or near your vital organs (your viscera). These are the organs deep in your gut, like your stomach and your intestines. Visceral muscles are found in the walls of your visceral organs. Visceral fat surrounds those organs. Since your vital organs are located in your midsection, visceral fat accumulates in the area around your belly.
But not all belly fat is visceral fat. There is another kind of fat called subcutaneous fat. Subcutaneous fat is located underneath the skin. This kind of fat is located all over your body and is important for your body to function properly.
Health Risks Associated With Visceral Obesity
If you have too much visceral fat, you have a condition called visceral obesity. Doctors sometimes call this condition visceral adiposity.
While too much of any kind of fat can be dangerous, there are certain health risks associated with having too much visceral fat.
Patients with visceral obesity are at higher risks for several conditions, including:
insulin resistance
glucose intolerance
high cholesterol
high blood pressure
heart disease
How to Measure Visceral Fat
In some health club or educational settings, a clinician might estimate your visceral fat by taking a waist measurement. Your belly measurement can provide insight into the amount of fat that you are carrying around your vital organs. You can also measure your own belly fat at home.
To get the best measurement, use a flexible tape measure. Wrap it around the widest part of your stomach, across your belly button. The tape measure should rest gently on your skin; not so loose that it falls away and not so tight that it digs into your skin. Once the tape measure is positioned correctly, breathe in and then take the measurement on the exhale.
Men and women have different numbers that may indicate visceral adiposity.
Men: A waist measurement greater than 40 inches
Women: A waist measurement greater than 35 inches
If your waistline indicates a higher risk for visceral adiposity, talk to your doctor. Your health care team can do more extensive diagnostic tests to accurately measure your visceral fat so that you are able to better predict your risk for disease.
How to Lose Visceral Fat
It’s not uncommon to have belly fat that you want to lose. Whether the fat around your midsection is visceral fat or subcutaneous fat, your plan will be the same. To lose fat, you need to increase your daily activity and reduce your food intake. You might see pills and supplements advertised online that claim to reduce belly fat, but most of those products don’t work - and some can even be dangerous.
If you’re concerned about belly fat, talk to your doctor. He or she can explain how visceral fat affects your specific risk for disease. Knowing these facts about your health might help you to make the changes necessary to reduce your visceral fat, reach a safer weight and keep a trim midsection.

It is so Important for people to pay “Attention.”  The “Little Things” tells us a lot about what is going on with us, our lives, our bodies and our relationships.  There is a Pin on Pinterest (Button at this Website) that states, “Enjoy the ‘Little Things’ in life for one day you’ll realize they were the big things.”
