The protest of the sixties were led by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his foundation was rooted in “Peaceable,” which is God. These protests are rooted in “black power.” The black power movement did more harm than good.
The first two Battle Rules are, “When we are in a battle we must be able to recognize when the battle cannot be won” and “We must be able to recognize when we need to change our strategy.” I hate racism so much I only read the titles of any articles about racism. From the titles I have read what they are doing is not working because another child is dead. Again, my prayers goes out to the parents of Vonderrit Deondre Myers. That is what made me read an article about Ferguson.
In the article titled, “Ferguson protests: Weekend of demonstrations, day of action” it states:
“If you can see a dead black boy lie in the streets for four hours and that doesn’t make you angry, you lack humanity,” a woman, who didn’t give her name, told the crowd.
She was referring to how long the body of Brown lay on a street before investigating officers removed it.
I know it is television, but looking at C.S.I. all of these years they have to leave a crime scene “intact” until they can acquire all of the evidences. This article does not say why it took so long to remove Michael Brown’s body. According to C.S.I. and other shows like it a police involved shooting is taken very seriously causing a lot of people to get involved. Police Officers’ job are to defuse situations not to create them. Maybe that is why his body was there for so long. The article also stated:
On Sunday night, about 2,000 people attended an interfaith rally, where activist and Princeton University professor Cornel West was the featured speaker.
He asked the crowd to channel their rage into a plan of action for change.
Racism is a battle that cannot be won. Racism has been so imbedded in people that it is more of a reflex than a conscience act. Like I wrote in “In Search Of My Soul Mate” racism is imbedded so deep people are not really aware of what they are doing.
My son’s friend was going to the Police Academy. When I asked my son why he dropped out that was when I learned police are taught to kill. I always thought they were taught to injure. Where I use to play golf a retired police officer worked there.
I asked him about shooting to kill. He said when they are in a situation where they have to draw their gun then they are in a situation where their life is in danger. Police Officers are no different than anyone else. When our lives are threaten we do what we have to do to stop the threat. I am not defending the Police Officers, but if the situation caused them to draw their guns that meant they felt their life was in danger. If the racism in them is what was fueling them to feel that way only God knows. God hates racism, which makes their actions between them and God now. The article stated talking about Michael Brown:
But witnesses said the unarmed teenager had his hands in the air when he was shot.
If that is the case God knows that too. If that is the case what God has in store for the police officer that shot him will be far worse than what any court can do to him. If they were going to arrest him he would be arrested by now. Nothing that is taking place is going to bring Michael Brown or Vonderrit Deondre Myers back.
Ferguson, it is time for a new game plan! Ferguson, it is time for people to go home!! Another title I read was about the increase in voter’s registration since Michael Brown’s shooting. At this point maybe that is the direction Ferguson needs to go before what is taking place cause more deaths.
I always e-mail myself the articles I write my Blogs about so I will have a copy of them. When I went to the e-mail to post the article at God’s System Helps Center’s Facebook and Twitter the article was not there anymore. The title of the article that was there is, “Activist Cornel West among 49 people arrested at Ferguson protests.” That is why that article is posted @ Facebook and Twitter:
Americans must lose their “black” mentality
Dr. James David Manning commented on the mentality of Americans of darker pigment in an article titled, “Lightning Rod NYC Pastor’s Stunningly Confrontational Sermon on Trayvon Martin: ‘You See The World Through Your Black Eyes.’” (Article posted @ God’s System Helps Center Facebook and Twitter) The article stated, “He urged his mostly black congregation to stop viewing the world through their ‘black eyes’ and start looking at it through the ‘blood of Jesus.’”
Dr. Manning went on stating:
“You’re black before you’re anything. You’re black before you’re Christian, you’re black before you’re holy ghost, you’re black before you’re anything. You’re blackness is greater than your religion. And that’s why with you, Zimmerman’s guilty.”
That is so true of Americans of darker pigment. What Dr. Manning said was seen with the re-election of President Obama. Americans of darker pigment were not giving up their “black” (even though he is African) president. Not even for God.
In another article titled, “‘Put Jesus Above Our Blackness’: Guess Which Pastor Has a Blunt Message Following the Trayvon Martin Outcry” Pastor Ken Hutcherson wrote:
‘“When you have a young black boy who is killed by what some are calling a white Hispanic, and Jackson and Sharpton (of the PPA or the Poverty Pimps of America), and a liberal media involved, you have the equivalent of nitroglycerin,’ Hutcherson wrote.”
Pastor Hutcherson added:
“Oh by the way, I never heard of ‘white Hispanic’ before but I guess this fits the bill in this case. This incident only needed someone to light the fuse. Why is this true because black people are involved?”
Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson are the “someone” that lighted the fuse. They make everything about race trying to keep themselves significant and keep things stirred up. They were the ones that made it a race issue. They are the ones that keep race an issue.
Sharpton and Jackson never get justice because they are publicity driven instead of result driven. If they were relevant and result driven they would have put a stop to a six woman jury. That was when they should have protested. No jury should have all of the same sex.
In the article, “Riots Continue in LA Over Zimmerman Verdict” Al Sharpton stated:
‘“Clearly there are grounds for civil rights charges here,’ civil rights activist Al Sharpton said. ‘We always said there would be a plan B, but there needed to be a plan A.’”
That says it all. Let people talk long enough and they will tell on themselves. Pastor Hutcherson also added to Dr. Manning’s statement:
“I believe Dr. James Manning hit it on the head when he said that black people have a difficult time accepting truth simply because they are black. That’s right, black people are involved and it is impossible for the average black person to believe the truth. They refuse to believe that a black boy could be in the wrong when it comes to a white Hispanic. Blackness is the apex of victimhood and our blackness is above truth, above our Christianity, above our God, above our Holy Spirit, so that means if our blackness is above the Holy Spirit, then it is above Truth. This is so important for everyone to know this so they can understand why this Trayvon and Zimmerman case is where it is today and why blacks refuse to believe what really happened.”
America does not have a race problem. All of the interracial couples show race is not an Issue anymore. Some Americans of darker pigment do not even have Americans of darker pigment friends.
America has a hate problem. When people are hateful they do the things they do because they are hateful not because of someone’s skin color. That is why people that have the same skin color kill each other. It becomes about skin color when Sharpton and Jackson step in and start promoting skin color. Until America turns back to God the hate problem is only going to keep getting worse.
I did not follow the George Zimmerman trial so I do not have enough information to comment on the verdict. Actually I have never followed any trials. The only thing I can comment on is whatever the circumstances was a child is dead that should not be dead. My prayers goes out to his family.
You already know how I feel about racism. I am not saying it does not still go on. I am saying racism is not the heart of the matter anymore. It is time for people born in America to be just Americans.
