Today’s pastors, not all, are more interested in edifying themselves. Pastors think speaking in tongues makes them look and be spiritual. Looking spiritual is why the church does not have any Power. Pastors must have Power first before their Church can have Power. Power starts at the top and flows downward to the people:
“Follow after charity, and desire spiritual gifts, but rather that ye may prophesy. For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries. But he that prophesieth speaketh unto men to edification, and exhortation, and comfort. He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself; but he that prophesieth edifieth the church. I would that ye all spake with tongues, but rather that ye prophesied: for greater is he that prophesieth than he that speaketh with tongues, except he interpret, that the church may receive edifying.” (I Corinthians 14:1-5)
Paul wanted the pastors to have Power and that is why he was dealing with them about speaking in tongues:
“Now, brethren, if I come unto you speaking with tongues, what shall I profit you, except I shall speak to you either by revelation, or by knowledge, or by prophesying, or by doctrine? And even things without life giving sound, whether pipe or harp, except they give a distinction in the sounds, how shall it be known what is piped or harped? For if the trumpet give an uncertain sound, who shall prepare himself to the battle? So likewise ye, except ye utter by the tongue words easy to be understood, how shall it be known what is spoken? for ye shall speak into the air.” (I Corinthians 14:6-9)
God’s Heart is the people and so was Paul:
“Therefore if I know not the meaning of the voice, I shall be unto him that speaketh a barbarian, and he that speaketh shall be a barbarian unto me. Even so ye, forasmuch as ye are zealous of spiritual gifts, seek that ye may excel to the edifying of the church. Wherefore let him that speaketh in an unknown tongue pray that he may interpret. For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful.” (I Corinthians 14:11-14)
I love how Paul let them know “I speak more tongues than all of you put together:”
“I thank my God, I speak with tongues more than ye all:” (I Corinthians 14:18)
Tongues is a very powerful gift. Paul did not use his tongues to look spiritual. That is why he understood like anything else tongues had its place too:
“Yet in the church I had rather speak five words with my understanding, that by my voice I might teach others also, than ten thousand words in an unknown tongue.” (I Corinthians 14:19)
It is time for the church to Grow Up! It is time for the church to stop looking spiritual and start being spiritual. My son looking at someone shouting asked me if he had to look like that to be a Christian:
“Brethren, be not children in understanding: howbeit in malice be ye children, but in understanding be men.” (I Corinthians 14:20)
“If therefore the whole church be come together into one place, and all speak with tongues, and there come in those that are unlearned, or unbelievers, will they not say that ye are mad? But if all prophesy, and there come in one that believeth not, or one unlearned, he is convinced of all, he is judged of all: And thus are the secrets of his heart made manifest; and so falling down on his face he will worship God, and report that God is in you of a truth.” (I Corinthians 14:23-25)
God wants His Children edified and that is why God had me put “Tongues – When Tongues are spoken in the Church there must be an interpretation – I Corinthians 14:28” in “Christianity.” (Posted at this Website):
“If any man speak in an unknown tongue, let it be by two, or at the most by three, and that by course; and let one interpret. But if there be no interpreter, let him keep silence in the church; and let him speak to himself, and to God.” (I Corinthians 14:27-28)
God DID NOT have me put “Women are not to be Bishops, Elders or Deacons – I Timothy 3:2, Titus 1:5-6, I Timothy 3:12” in “Christianity” because He did not want women seen or to preach. God designed His Church like He designed His Family. The man is Head in church and in the family. If truth were told the majority of women that are head of household is because THEY played God:
“Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law. And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.” (I Corinthians 14:34-35)
Like Paul I did not just decided to do “The Re-Birth Of Christianity.” (Posted at this Website) God commanded me to do it. “Christianity” is how God wants His Church:
“If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord.” (I Corinthians 14:37)
The Temptations’ song “Ball Of Confusion (That’s What The Church Is Today)” comes to mind when I think of the churches today. God is not the “author of confusion.” Because of “The Re-Birth of Christianity” God’s Church is Glorious now. That means “Christianity” is not for God’s sake, but for pastors’ sake:
“For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.” (I Corinthians 14:33)
My hero gone Home was the anointed Pastor John Osteen. He taught the Word of God from his Heart. I like his son. I even consider him a son because I loved his Father. He is very popular, his stories are very encouraging and makes people feel good. Heart is telling people what they need to hear to break the yoke of bondage and not what people want to hear. The Word of God brings “decently and in order” because it breaks the yoke of bondage:
“Let all things be done decently and in order.” (I Corinthians 14:40)
This is an Excerpt from “Heart Of The Matter:”
Since this book is how I really feel pastors lining their church up to “Christianity” or not lining their church up to “Christianity” does not affect me one way or the other. From where I am sitting God feels the same way. Continuing business as usual is on them and their demise. Now that’s how a Bible Study is done!
“DECENTLY” AND “IN ORDER” IS THE ONLY PLACE GOD WILL BE.
“And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.” (Isaiah 10:27)
